Luxe Perfumes and Scents ships exclusively within Australia. We are committed to delivering your fragrance order safely, quickly, and with care.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
- During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship using trusted Australian courier partners.
Standard Shipping
- Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days
- Tracking included
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Your location within Australia
- The weight/size of your order
- The shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
5. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will assist.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers may offer Authority to Leave.
If you choose ATL:
- Your parcel may be left in a safe location at your address
- Luxe Perfumes and Scents is not responsible for stolen parcels or parcels marked as delivered by the courier
For maximum security, we recommend selecting Signature Required where available.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately at hello@luxeperfumesandscents.com.au
- If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
